3. System Requirements and Device Compatibility

One-Time Payment: After the trial, continued access requires a one-time payment of $14.99. This payment grants you full access to HyperReads for one year from your purchase date.

1-Year Access Duration: Your one-time payment provides full access to all current books, content updates, and features for exactly one year from your purchase date. After one year, your access will expire, and you may re-purchase access at the then-current price to continue using HyperReads. This is not a subscription - there are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on HyperReads, including text, graphics, code, and interactive elements, is owned by HyperReads or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Scrape or download content in bulk
  • Attempt to bypass access restrictions
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with the Service's operation

8. Account Termination
